These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UltraCaller mobile application, the website at ultra-caller.com, and any related services (together, the "Service") provided by Za Marketing Ltd., a private company organized under the laws of the State of Israel ("UltraCaller", "we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. A Hebrew translation of these Terms may be made available for convenience; in the event of any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you reside, whichever is greater) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is not directed to and may not be used by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
UltraCaller is a caller identification and contact management application that helps users:
To deliver caller identification, we operate a directory of phone numbers and associated names ("Caller ID Directory") that is built primarily from contact data voluntarily contributed by users of the Service, supplemented by publicly available information and lawful third-party sources. The Caller ID Directory is operated as described in Section 4 below and in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify, add, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also limit availability of certain features by region, device, operating system, or subscription tier, including for legal, security, or commercial reasons. Where required by applicable law we will give reasonable advance notice of material changes that affect your paid features.
You may create an account using SMS one-time-password verification of your phone number, your Google account, your email address, or, where SMS delivery is unavailable in your region or carrier, a Telegram-based one-time-password as an alternative verification channel. Your account is identified by your verified phone number.
Each individual may register only one account. Your account is personal, non-transferable, and tied to the phone number used for verification. You may not allow any other person to use your account, and you may not use another person's account.
To use core features of the Service you may be asked to grant the application Android permissions, including access to your contacts, call log, phone state, the ability to display over other apps, and (where applicable) microphone and notification access. You may revoke any of these permissions at any time through your device settings, but doing so may disable corresponding features of the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, of the device on which the Service is installed, and of any verification codes (SMS, email, Google account, or Telegram). You must notify us at ultracallerapp@gmail.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
When other users of the Service look up your phone number, the name shown next to your number is generally derived from how you are saved in the contact lists of users who have shared their contacts with the Service. You may request changes to how your identity is displayed (for example, to remove an outdated name or, where the relevant feature is offered, to set a preferred display name) by contacting us at ultracallerapp@gmail.com or by using the form at https://ultra-caller.com/opt-out.html. Display rules for business profiles, where offered, may differ from those for individual users and will be governed by additional terms presented at the point those features are activated.
This Section 4 is essential. Please read it carefully.
The Caller ID Directory is a digital telephone directory whose primary purpose is to enable users of the Service to identify the names associated with phone numbers that call or are called by them. It is built primarily from contact data voluntarily contributed by users of the Service, and operated in a manner functionally equivalent to a digital phonebook.
UltraCaller operates the Caller ID Directory in reliance on Amendment 13 to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (תיקון 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981), effective as of August 14, 2025, and on our legitimate interest in operating a caller-identification service together with the consent obtained from contributing users. Under Amendment 13, displaying a name next to a phone number where that pairing is sourced from third-party contact data does not, on its own, render the displayed pairing "personal information" requiring registration of a database, provided we comply with the safeguards described in this Section 4. For users in the European Union or the United Kingdom, processing is also based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interests) for non-user data subjects, and on Article 6(1)(a) (consent) for users who choose to contribute their contacts.
If you grant the Service permission to access your contacts, you may contribute contact data (which may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, and labels associated with phone numbers) from your device address book to the Caller ID Directory. We use that contributed data to identify callers for you and other users of the Service.
You represent, warrant, and covenant that:
For each item of contact data you contribute, you grant UltraCaller a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, aggregate, modify (for the purposes of normalization and de-duplication), and display that data within the Service to identify phone numbers for you and other users, all subject to our Privacy Policy. This license persists for as long as the contact data is retained in the Caller ID Directory and is necessary for the operation of the Service.
To preserve the privacy of individuals whose information appears in the Caller ID Directory, we operate the following safeguards:
If you are a person identified in the Caller ID Directory, whether or not you are a registered user of the Service, you may request access to, correction of, restriction on, or removal of information about you. The procedure is described at https://ultra-caller.com/opt-out.html; you may also email us at ultracallerapp@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and in any event without undue delay. There is no fee for such requests, and you do not need to register an account to make one.
Caller identifications and labels (including spam labels) are produced from user-contributed and third-party data and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. UltraCaller does not warrant the accuracy of any identification or label and you should not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any decision with legal, financial, safety, or reputational consequences.
The Service is offered on a free tier supported by advertising and on optional paid subscription tiers ("Premium") that unlock additional features. The features and prices of each tier are presented in the application before purchase and may change from time to time.
All paid subscriptions are sold and processed through Google Play Billing operated by Google LLC. Your subscription is a contract between you and us, but payment, refunds, and cancellation are handled through your Google Account in accordance with Google Play's policies, which apply in addition to these Terms.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, yearly, or other period as selected at purchase) at the then-current price for that subscription. Your Google Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the Google Play Store ("Subscriptions" section of your Google Account). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period and you retain access to Premium features until that date. Uninstalling the application does not cancel your subscription. Instructions are available at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481.
If a free trial or promotional period is offered, the trial converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Only one free trial per Google Account, per subscription product, is permitted unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Subscriptions are personal to your account and tied to the Google Account used at purchase. They cannot be transferred between users, between accounts, or between operating systems (for example, an Android subscription cannot be moved to an iOS device, should iOS support become available in the future).
Except where required by mandatory law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981) and, where applicable, EU consumer law, all subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with its refund policy. We may, but are not obligated to, grant refunds at our discretion in cases of clear billing error.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect the current paid period. We will give you advance notice of price changes at least as long as is required by Google Play and by applicable consumer-protection law before they take effect, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
The free tier of the Service is supported by advertising delivered by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. These networks may collect and process limited data (including device identifiers and inferred interests) to deliver and measure ads. Our use of advertising is described in greater detail in our Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law we will request your consent for advertising-related processing.
You agree that you will not, and will not assist or permit any third party to:
We may suspend or terminate access for any user who, in our reasonable judgment, violates this Section 7, and we may report serious violations to the competent authorities.
The Service, including all software, design, logos, trademarks, and content (other than user-contributed contact data), is owned by UltraCaller or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws of Israel and other jurisdictions, including the Israeli Copyright Law, 5768-2007 (חוק זכויות יוצרים, התשס"ח-2007). We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, and subject to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.
If you submit suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
The Service relies on services provided by third parties, including (without limitation) Google Play, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and RevenueCat. Where Telegram is used as a fallback verification channel, your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's terms and privacy policy. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that caller identifications, spam labels, or other Service outputs will be accurate, complete, or current. The Service is intended as an aid and is not a substitute for due diligence or professional verification.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions the exclusions in this Section apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law or any other applicable mandatory law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will UltraCaller, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or privacy, arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us through the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UltraCaller and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including privacy or intellectual-property rights; (d) any contact data you contribute to the Caller ID Directory in breach of Section 4.4; or (e) any use of the Service or of data obtained through the Service for purposes prohibited by Section 7.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application and, if you have a Premium subscription, by cancelling auto-renewal through Google Play. You may close your account by contacting ultracallerapp@gmail.com; closing your account does not, by itself, remove your contributed contact data from the Caller ID Directory, which is governed by our retention schedule and by your separate rights under Section 4.7.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, that your use creates legal or security risk to us or other users, or that we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4.5, 8, 11-13, and 16-18) will survive.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable advance notice (for example, by in-app notice, by email to your registered email, or by updating the "Last updated" date and prominently posting the change). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the change, your remedy is to stop using the Service.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this Section deprives you of any protection that you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at ultracallerapp@gmail.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, you and we agree that the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that (a) you may bring claims in your local courts to the extent required by mandatory consumer-protection law, and (b) we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or the security of the Service.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, and nothing in these Terms (including Sections 11, 12, 16, and 17) affects those rights. You may also access the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription terms presented at the point of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and UltraCaller regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements on the subject.
